Certified Products

The policies of Jodova are non-discriminatory and are administered in a non-discriminatory manner. Product certifications are not used to impede or inhibit access by applicants. Jodova does not practice any form of discrimination such as hidden discrimination by speeding up or delaying the processing of applications. The policies and procedures under which Jodova operates and their administrations are non-discriminatory. Procedures are not used to impede or inhibit access by applicants, other than as provided in ISO/IEC 17065. Jodova makes its services accessible to all applicants, whose activities fall within the scope of its operations. Access to the certification process is not conditional upon the size of the client or membership of any association or group, nor conditional upon the number of certifications already issued. There is no undue financial or other condition. Jodova can decline to accept an application or maintain a contract for certification from a client when fundamental or demonstrated reasons exist, such as the client participating in illegal activities, having a history of repeated non-compliance with certification/product requirements, or similar client-related issues. Jodova confines its requirements, evaluation, review, decision, and surveillance to those matters specifically related to the scope of certification as per the defined certification scheme.

Jodova is committed to entertaining the appeal and complaints from the clients as well as from the interested parties. Jodova has a documented procedure to receive, evaluate, and make decisions on complaints and appeals. Jodova records and tracks all the complaints and appeals, as well as actions undertaken to resolve them including the corrective actions taken to prevent their recurrence. The decision related to resolving the complaint or appeal is made by, or reviewed and approved by, the person(s) not involved in the certification activities related to the complaint or appeal.
